ParexDavco subsidiaries in the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and China are recognized as industry leaders in the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of chemicals and materials for building and construction industry.

Product brands marketed include DAVCO and LANKO.

DAVCO brand originated from Australia and has been established for over 30 years for tiles and stone adhesives and waterproofing

LANKO is a global brand by Materis for technical mortar products and is a leading brand in Western Europe.

ParexDavco Philippines is a Regular Corporate Member of the Philippine Green Building Council, the country’s largest green building movement, taking the lead in ensuring that the industry designs, builds and operates buildings in an economically sustainable manner. This is part of the company’s commitment to responsible and sustainable growth through the creation of innovative and environment friendly products.

History

The LANKO and DAVCO products were introduced in the early 90's thru different distributors.

ParexDavco Philippines officially started its operations in April 2008. This included the establishment of the company’s project sales and marketing office to offer a wider range of products and services to its clients.

In 2009, the company started operating its first liquid plant in the Philippines. A new powder plant is scheduled to start operations by end of 2011.

Product Range

Façade Protection and Aesthetics

The ParexGroup of companies offer a full range of products for new construction or renovation, for façade decoration and protection, all adapted to suit the architectural styles and construction methods of the area. These include EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems), colored stucco finishes and PPC (Plastic Powder coating) – a ParexGroup patented technology.

Floor Preparation and Tile Setting

We developed floor preparation mortars, tile adhesives and decorative tile grouts suited for every type of tile and stone. Includes specially formulated environmentally friendly Tile Adhesive with Dustless Technology for improved air quality and healthier working conditions.

Concrete Repair and Waterproofing

Our specialty mortars are formulated to address the technical requirements of construction and civil engineering sites, offering safe and innovative solutions for grouting, repair, bonding, and waterproofing works on concrete structures.
